Complaint / review text:
I phoned Outsurance early in March to ask them to discontinue the insurance on my car by end of March as I was going to sell the car then. This has to happen by phone, and thus I have no written proof.
Beginning of April the normal deduction was still done, thus I am now covering a car which I don't own.
On 13 April I lodged a complaint on their website (since telephonic instructions they don't follow anyway).

I asked them to stop the insurance immediately and requested a refund.
It seems this has fallen onto deaf ears, as I have still not received a phone call or email.
So it seems they are quick to take your money, but that is about it.
