It has been almost 5 months since I raised my claim with Miway and it has still not been resolved. If I don't contact Miway or inquire about the status of my claim I don't get any feedback, it seems one way communication is the standard at Miway. No matter how often I phone or email your claims advisors just keep on passing the buck. I cannot and will not continue to contact Miway at my own expense to try and resolve a claim that MY INSURER is supposed to resolve. If I am not a valuable customer to Miway please do let me know so that I can find a short term insurer who installs customer service as part of their companies value system as Miway clearly does not.
