Standard Bank has NO level of customer service

SBSA Application no 005070946 refers.
I have been banking with Standard Bank for 24 years and have a bond that has been fully paid in a period of 13 years instead of 20 years. My credit record is very clean and my credit rating is outstanding. When applying for an additional bond (which was approved by another bank) Standard Bank declined this application because I could not provide payslips for Oct - Nov. That while my salary has been apid into my STANDARD BANK account. This is pathetic service from Standard Bank!!!
