I requested for the statement from standard bank on the 24/03/2015 for 2011-2012 account number: 006229638 and I was promised that it will be sent to me within 5 days of which I did not receive by then, I complained everyday calling the call centre I even went to the branch itself and nothing was done. Then there was a lady by the name of Ellen Sebaea who sent wrong statement as she only sent me the statement for 2012 on the 20/04/2015 I replied that the statement is wrong as I requested the statement from 2011 since then I haven't heard anything from her she doesn't to respond to my email I called her she said she will get back to me which she hasn't and I logged a complaint with standard bank on the 09/04/2015 complaint number": 7004694391 and I haven't heard anything from them as well, I need this statement and I'm not getting any assistance the only thing they do is to resolve the query on the system without assisting as I get notification that the query was resolved. Please help as I need this statement urgently. I've been banking with standard bank for a long time and what I received was disappointing such bad service.
