It seems that I need to consistently check my Miway insurance policy every few days to determine if I have cover. Somehow Miway has no control over their policies and things change. I am a new client of Miway and over the past month it seems that my policy dates and amounts change without me telling them to do so. I have just realised this morning that Miway had not collected a premium for one of my vehicles. I had to get hold of a consultant to tell her to debit my account so that I am covered. The question arises - would Miway repudiate my claim because they failed to collect??? This is not the first time that Miway has messed up my account within 1 month of joining them. Please don't mess up my account or collection again as I will then be forced to move my policy to another insurer as I cannot keep checking to see if I am covered.
