I need a letter stating that I have finished my loan with ABSA but it seems like it is drafted only by. I called absa on the28th April looking for the letter. The lady that answered the call said absa does not provide such letters but I need to visit the nearest branch, upon my visit to the branch its another different story and no letter issued. I called at 8h41 again yesterday and was told the request to get the letter is sent of which I will receive yesterday? I decided to call the bank again 3h30, told now to send an e-mail to request this letter. I did send an e-mail even now I don't have the letter. Why are we neglected when we want letters but when you need a loan you are contacted 55 million times??? I am really off with this kind of treatment because I want this letter for my bond application not to frame it at home. I would appreciate to get feedback urgently and the letter sent to me ASAP.
