ABSA Refuses to help a Standard bank custome

I am a Standard Bank Account Holder, i accidentally payed money into a ABSA account 0000001002830015 selected from the company tab in the internet banking. I did a recall on the payment and i have waited a month to find out that the person is refusing standard bank to debit the money back that doesn't belong to them. And i cant believe that ABSA is letting this happen. ABSA told my bank that they cant do nothing about it and its wrong this is and
