Complaint / review text:
I've got a bond with Standard Bank, I pay more than double my monthly premium, that's how I save for rainy days. Now Standard Bank decided, without informing me, that if my debit order is not from a Standard Bank account I don't have access to my own money anymore. Only yesterday when I went to the bank and I wanted to transfer money from my bond to my eplan account, I was informed of this. Unacceptable... I will definitely not do any business with an institute with such standards...
