Prepaid issue sorted
Complaint / review text:
I had an issue with my prepaid electricity meter being replaced and therefor my prepaid purchases was not working. The linking of my new meter to my existing PP24 account was swiftly sorted out by Vicki. All was done using PP24's "Live Chat" service. Well done Vicki, Well done PP24.
