My husband has been trying to put through a loan application to Standard Bank from the 28th April 2015. As a Prestige client, one would think that you would received better service than a standard client.
After numerous calls to the call centre, and promises of call backs to process the application, we still have gotten nowhere. Everytime we call, we are told to wait, and get promised escalation, however no response.
I think its time to move our whole banking portfolio from Standard Bank the service is shocking, especially considering that he has been a client of yours since early teens.
