Standard bank sent emails to update FICA docs. Having gone to the branch the shortly before receiving these notifications we believed our FICA docs were in order. Nevertheless we phoned: Zgi6171 - 09:31 - 11/4/2015
Ref: SolomonNdaba 09:42 11/44/2015. Solomon assured that someone would return our call and advise exactly what needs to be updated. No one called. We received another set of emails saying we need to update docs and again we phoned. # 0860109075

Feedback: Only utility bill is still required.
Zandile advised that our account has been frozen. My request was that it be re-instated as Standard Bank did not honour their commitment. As usual, there were 1000 excuses why this could not be done. Very disappointed at the lack of accountability.
