Irate Client (Lack of Customer Service)

Complaint / review text:
I requested a bank statement from the Protea Glen branch on the 6th of May 2015, and a log was requested and I was told that turn around time for the statement to be generated would be 2 working days. 4 days later I went to the Fourways Crossing branch to check if the statement was ready, after waiting for 30 odd mins I left disappointed with no statement. The query was "escalated" but no one could tell me on the turn-around time for this. On the 16th of May I went back to the Protea Glen branch and stood in a long line for almost an hour, again not to receive what I requested. The service request was opened on the 08/05/2015 and no one follow up was done and was told that there is nothing that they could do to assist me. This statement was needed for a court case that was to be attended on the 19/05/2015 at 08:30am. Less supporting document was presented because of the incompetence of the staff to follow up which on a requested. Time and petrol was wasted because of this. The statement was only received on 19/05/2015 at 10:49 with transactions that were not requested for. This statement is useless at the moment because the case had proceeded without full documentation
