Complaint / review text:
Two weeks ago as I signed in to my Absa online I found that all the history on all my linked accounts as well as all my beneficiaries were wiped out. I went to another branch which could not assist me and referred me back to my main branch, Menlyn.
I was directed to Pulane Sebopela. Immediately she requested info regarding my problem through various calls she made. During the past 2 weeks she sent frequent updates to me via email regarding the status of the problem. Today my profile was restored with the history and all the beneficiaries. After an email from her I checked and confirmed that all her hard work paid off.
I want to thank Absa Menlyn for giving me excellent assistance through Pulane Sebokeng. When I might need any help whatsoever in the future I will make a special request for Pulane Sebokeng to assist me.
