When taking a loan i advised african bank that like most individuals i only get paid on the 25th. This past month the 25th falls on a Monday which is a normal working day, they decide to come into my account on friday the 22nd. Take what ever Money i have available and than innundate my account with rejects. THis is not the 1st time it happened i called the call centre before to advise that if the 25th falls on a weekend only debit on the following MOnday. Sad part is that i have never ever missed any payment. And obviously if i want to claim for my banking fees on rejected debit orders i must now drag myself to the bank, yet African bank wants to lead the banking industry, lets get the basics right 1st.
