Transaction reversal takes foreve

I am 100% disgusted with the service of standard bank. I can safely conclude that standard bank is absolute rubbish with no respect to its clients. I paid a beneficiary by the name of C Kwezera on the 15th of May 2015 an amount of R500. My account was debited on the same date but the money did not get to the beneficiary account because the recipient's account was closed. I then called standard bank to reverse the transaction and credit bank the money into my account, its now three weeks and nothing has been done. How can a bank from the clients? I am very disturbed by this rubbish from standard bank. I need my money as a matter of urgency, this is absolute nonsense
