Complaint / review text:
For the 2nd time now I owe Nedbank for an account I haven't used. I got a text today saying that I owe 111.11 on an account I don't use 1 and I requested that my debits be moved to this new account I opened with them in the beginning of May and two days later only I receive a sms saying they just received my application to move my debits!
I haven't been to the Nedbank to collect the card and will not go there until the debits have moved and I will not pay for what I'm not using!!! I'm sick of Nedbank and I'm definitely moving to a better service provider!
Should you need to contact me let it be by mail I'm really frustrated with Nedbank. My email can be found in your system because I have been in contact with the hydepark branch!!!
