Advance on Accessbond

Complaint / review text:
During April 2015 I applied for an advance on my Access bond at Standard bank for an amount of R500 000 as I was in the process of buying a farm. During the same time I paid three amounts into my Access bond account to the value of R675 000. I was informed that I should not have done it, as Standard bank will stop my access bond and I will not be able to withdraw the money until I have reapplied for the Access bond. I then transferred an amount of R400 000 back to my Money market account.
I could not transfer the remaining R275 000 as the Access bond was stopped. Standard bank in the meantime approved the R500 000. I applied for the re-opening of the Access bond and when it was finally approved, there was only an amount of R81 000 available. Upon requesting that it should be rectified, I was informed that I "never had an Access bond". I requested an amount of R500 000, as an advance on my Access bond, which was approved as far as I am concerned. Never did anybody indicate to me that the R275 000 will be include in the R500 000.
I therefor request that Standard bank immediately rectify the current status of my Access bond to reflect the R275 000. I feel mislead!
