I have a policy that i took years ago, maybe 2009, apparently its a Traditional policy. I want to cancel it and have been sent from pillar to post within the callcentre. I get transferred to this one because nobody can find my policy details using my ID number, D. O. B or name and surname. How can i not have a policy but i get debited R103.37 every month!!! I even have a reference number (NMAL412573288FR3430) but still my policy is nowhere to be found.
I called again and another operator told me that the policy they have belongs to my mother, that information is incorrect as i am the policy holder and my mother would have been a beneficiary.
Cancel this non "existent" policy with immediate effect because what you are doing is illegal and disgusting.
I do have a lawyer and i am not afraid to use them, this mess better be sorted out ASAP
