Thank you Candice for the speedily attention you gave to the query (2 June 2015), about the unsatisfactory service I had received from Capitec Maponya Mall. I wish you can impart your nature of service to your colleagues. Keep growing in your career and best wishes, also to Tamara (from the call centre), she speaks to clients with a tone of voice that displays that she wants to assist them. To both ladies, keep up the excellent service.
