Money was sent by SWIFT from the states for advance payment of accommodation in South Africa at our Guest House on 3rd June. The funds have not reached our account as at 10th June. Yesterday I called Nedbank, they confirmed they had the funds in Johannesburg and would credit my account yesterday or overnight, and even gave me a reference Number. They did not transfer the funds as promised. This is the third major non compliance I have had from this Bank within 1 month. I now have enough apologies to make a display on my Guest House wall.
