Billing insurance premiums on item that was stoled

I had cash insurance with finrite tru Edgars, after the phone was i claimed and the process was smooth until the ladies @ the Edgars store advised that, because its cash phone insurance, i have to update my details should i want to continue with the insurance and i decided not to continue with the insurance as the premium was going to remain the same yet the insured value was gonna drop. Since March i still have been debited and when i called in to confirm the imei number for which the insurance is running on i was advised its for the phone... I was told by the call center claims person that he referred the matter to his line manager and something about a 30 cancellation period. Waited and waited. A couple of weeks ago i called and was referred to Alfonzo who promised that the situation is not as complex as i made it and that HE will call me back the next day with feedback... Two weeks later i call him and his 1st question is didn't the call center claims person call me back? Was he to busy being arrogant. Than he asks me where I'm calling from and puts me on hold... The type of service i get for being a loyal client now im off
