Standard bank changed access bond on their own

Hi, be very carefull of SB changing the type of bond if you do not transfer money every three months. I have been trying to move money from my homeloan to my saving account for the first time in a year, and discovered SB decided on their own that they changed my access bond and cancelled this fascility. I have to apply to re-instate this service, can you believe and the service manager at Centurion branch said they will refuse if my salary is not paid into SB, I HAVE THIS BOND FROM 2005 and now I get the run around from Standard Bank.

I applied, but need the funds urgently!!!
