Complaint / review text:
I Have my car insured with Miway from 01/03/2014, my monthly premiums were R1086.14 and excess was 3000. I called Miway on 22/05/2014 To make my premiums a lesser, the premiums were indeed adjusted and I now paid 1008.46 a confirmation letter for the new premiums was email to me on 09/06/2014.
On 12/06/2014 I received another email from Miway stating that my premiums have been re calculated again to be R1386.60 with excess of R3500. I then called Miway and asked them how is it possible that my premiums are going up now after the premiums were adjusted not more than a month ago. Answer I received was that it was time for my annual review and that parts are very expensive these days plus I had been in two accidents the past year.
My question now to Miway is did you not know that I had accidents or that my policy was up for a yearly review this month when you adjusted my premiums on 22/05/2014.
