Fnb is being ridiculous!

Complaint / review text:
I have paid the outstanding amount due as per the last statement received, 2009. Made paying in January 2014. I do understand that 2/3's of the current outstanding amount is only the interest charged to my account. I have requested that FNB assist me with a discount on my interest so that I can pay them A. S. A. P

I received an e-mail stating the amount I must pay which is outrageously ridiculous amount.
I requested the following; When was I handed over to their debt collectors? I needed a breakdown of how they came to the amount? I have also asked if they have deducted the amounts that was paidin January 2014.

I also mentioned that it was unfair, that I hads to pay for a Debit Collectors service, when I was the one that approached FNB, to settle my account. I didnt' received any correspondence from their Debit Collectors. The only feedback I got was via sms answering me, question I requested answers from FNB.
Now I received a sms that Legal Action will be taken against me unless I pay today. I have the right to request the above. It's my constitutional right. How ridiculous can FNB be threatening to hand over today. I am willing to settle my accounts but request a breakdown!
