Someone used my ID number to open an account with Nedbank. I realised after money was loaned at Bruma Finance. I opened a case and took my details and affirdavit to Nedbank last year in October. I spoke to the team leader called Themba khumalo. He send my details to the Nedbank department and told me to wait for feedback. I have been calling to check how far are they with their investigation, no response i went to the branch and i was told he is on leave and no one will be able to help me because he is the one dealing with my case. Today i called to ask him how come have i not got any response he told me that Nedbank is not a callcentre therefore he will not call people who are not Nedbank clients. I refuse to understand because a account was open and yes I am not Nedbank clients but I believe I deserve respect as a customer and as a person who needs assistant from a big bank like Nedbank.
