Incorrect transfer will not be reversed!

Having lost my job close to a year ago, my accounts were found to have naturally gone into arrears without any income. I started work again at the beginning of June and opened a new cheque account so my salary could be deposited and my funds properly dispersed. I only activated and began using this account about 2 days ago. I had an amount of R1100 deposited into my account which I then needed to transfer to someone else. By my mistake I transferred these funds without any intention what's so ever, into my cheque account that is in arrears due to being unemployed. Seeing that the account had a negative balance, I was not able to transfer back to account in positive. These funds are not mine and need to be given to someone else but FNB have said that nothing can be done to resolve this matter because it was inter account into an account in the negative! This money is not mine and nor was it meant for FNB who cannot just claim these funds! My arrears is my problem and should be made that of the person is awaiting those funds for important purposes since yesterday when I did the transfer then requested the reversal. I have not had any assistance! Need those funds reversed TODAY!!!
