Complaint / review text:
I had a problem with our payment limit and had to visit a branch.
I flew to Bloemfontein and drove to the Brandwag branch, I could not see the business banking consultants, went upstairs and immediately Mrs Anita Harmse assisted me even though she was not within business banking.
She phoned the call centre did a client verification and the limit was increased. When she realised that I was logging onto the fnb app to make payments, she went out of her way and create desk space for me at the cubicle next to her.
At all times she had a positive and helpful attitude. She eased a stressful day for me.
