Unauthorised Debits - Unhappy Client

On June 13, at 15.18, an amount in access or R3300-00 was debited from my Savings account without my permission. An SMS was sent to my phone stating that the said amount was paid from my Savings account @ EFT.
A similar situation has taken place in May and after reporting the incident on Hello that transaction was sorted our and I was reimbursed by the bank.
I do have a loan account with FNB and have made arrangements to pay an amount of R500-00 per month from my CHEQUE ACCOUNT.
Is it not safe to have money in a savings account anymore? I was given to understand that the savings account was for savings purpose only and no debit orders can be made in that account, so how come the bank can just take money from your account without permission. The money was paid into my savings account by my daughter for me to use for her upcoming wedding and now I am short to pay the service providers. I wish this will be sorted out as soon as possible.
