Complaint / review text:
I must say I am honestly not impressed with Discovery and DQ Track. I have to wait a month from Inception date till the date I have the DQ track system fitted. The reason being is C track only has one technician to service the whole of Pietermaritzburg. I am paying for a service I am not receiving the benefit of, not only that what about the fuel rewards that I could be earning. I only went with Discovery for The DQ Track system. I feel that Discovery should not be associated with a company who can not make sure they keep up with the demand. How about DQ Track employing more staff?
