Complaint / review text:
Funds were transferred from Standard Bank Business Online to Standard Bank Credit Card. Phoned to have the funds released. Credit Card Div cannot locate the funds. It has happened before and the excuse that was dished up was that they cannot see the funds in my credit card, but they see the fund transfer on my Business Account. HOW DO YOU EXPLAIN THIS.
Are Standard Bank's Systems not capable of handling their own transactions?
Should I be looking at changing my Bankers, as I have about 20 Standard Bank accounts.
