Nebank hiding something cant get a recon statement

I called on the 02nd June 2014 requesting a bank statement and amortisation schedule. I spoke to a lady by the name of Mania who gave me reference numbers (9881951 and 98819661) and advise that the turnaround time is 7 - 10 working days. On the 03rd of I received an email from Zunaid Essops with the bank statement so I responded to the email advising him that I also asked for the amortisation schedule. He responded to my email stating that "You have to phone the call centre on 0860 103 116 for the recon or amortisation schedule" so I told him that I called on the 02nd requesting that and was advised that you guys will email it to me (referring to this department). His response was that he only received the request for the bank statement and that the request for the recon could sit with someone else, we all work from a global Q. So I asked him if he could follow up on the request as I had already called asking for the amortisation statement. On the 04th of June I was cc'd by Zunaid on an email he sent to some department which was not disclosed on the email and the email reads: Please assist client with a Recon of her account.
