I am absolutely LIVID. I received an SMS that read "On 7/6 your Greenbacks balance was 582 805." (I can send the proof) - now, I have not received an SMS from them for a while and had been regularly using my American Express, Savvy Cheque and Credit Card. Now, I was super elated because I could finally buy my mother something nice if I cashed out. TO MY HORROR I signed in to the Greenbacks website only to see that I have 3,123 points. How absolutely misleading, I was shattered. I called the call centre for them to confirm and they said that there was only 3,123. Literally annoyed! I want compensation for this insult! What's more is that I applied for this account in March 2013 and was told that Greenbacks would be immediate but I was SHOCKED in November to find out that I havne't been earning Greenbacks and still had to have it activated and Nedbank would not BACKDATE my points. Shocking service! This is not the first time I've run into issues with Nedbank and hope this query is seen to and rectified - a simple sorry won't suffice.
