I purchased an electricity token online, but did not receive my token within 15minutes as Prepaid24 said I would. I thought it would be such a schlep to phone their call centre to try and figure out where my payment and token has gone, especially with ME being in the wrong and giving the WRONG REFERENCE NUMBER with payment.
To my surprise, Prepaid24's Live Support is very sufficient and fast and VERY helpful! Thank you Charmaine Malan, even with a wrong reference number, you found my payment within minutes and sent through my token. You are a star!:) Keep it up guys! You have made it SUPER easy to buy electricity... From the couch in my pajamas! ;)
