Complaint / review text:
It is now 8 months since the damage we received at home because of that terrible wind, rain and hailstorm, in November 2013. We are insured with Absa.

1. The 1st group of contractors were very bad, and took a very long time to finish and to redo certain jobs that was not professionally done.
2. The 2nd group of contractors. They are still busy with the job, as they are waiting for cement to get dry. But all in all not helpful, they do not respond and they are not giving us time limits.

3. Worst of all Absa Insurance is not reachable, when phoning you are getting voice mail, and stay forever on the line waiting for help, in the end you only hand up.
