On the 12 june 2014 i went to metropolitan in kempton park to put a notice for my policy maturing on the 1 july 2014. The consultant told me the system was off and he took my bank statement and called Head Office to put a notice. He told me its done i will receive my payout when the policy matures. I was surprised no money came into my account on the expected date and on the 4 july 2014 i went to pretoria office to make a follow up and shocked upon my arrival when i was told no notice was put on my policy for a paid out. A consultant by the name of Jaco promised to follow up the matter and call me back by end of business on the 7 july 2014 and he never called by end of business as he had promised and its then i realised that metropolitan and its incompetent staff are not taking me serious hence i am lodging an official complaint here on hello peter so that i can get my money because the policy matured. As a matter of fact i will never again do business with metropolitan because of the inconvenience they have caused me.
