No service from nedbank!

Complaint / review text:
My geyser was replaced by Nedbank Insurance 2 yrs ago, my geyser has been leaking water from the overflow & there is no pressure. I contacted Nedbank on Tuesday who got Jerry's Plumbing out only for them to tell me that my geyser was never insalled correctly & that it is balancing on a plank of wood & due to the fact that it is still under guarantee I had to get them out to install it properly but they were very happy to replace my pressure valve. I have been phoning Nedbank since this & they have been promising me that they would make this urgent & get someone out which has not happened. Nedbank is extremely quick to take their money every month but when there is an incident they are extremely reluctant to help & if you are lucky enough for them to send someone out it is incompetent people who don't take pride in their work.in the meantime I am unable to have a bath or shower in my own home as there is no pressure from the geyser. Nedbank has not even had the decency to come back to me regarding this incident & they have made so many promises which they haven't kept, I will be happy to cancel my insurance with Nedbank & to go to a suitable reliable insurance company
