Up until new we did not receive any registration document from Absa nor did ABSA reply on where to go and fetch the document. As matter of urgency we need the documents. Attached below all emails sent and receive from ABSA. R325 was paid
I refer to the letter and email send to me last night as below.
Attached herewith the payment as request. Will you please send all correspondence related to the documentation to myself as well as my Dad, Mr. Gerhard Bekker.
Will it be possible to collect the documents at one of your branches as it's a matter of urgency to obtain the relevant documentation?

Kindly note that we were unable to trace an account number with vehicle details provided.
We notice that you've already enquired at License Department -however because we unable to trace your account number, we will need to request a reprint of your registration document from License Department. Therefore should you wish for Absa to request a reprint, you must pay a fee of R325 in order for Absa to do so.
