Complaint / review text:
I took out a loan and ended up in a financial mess,
I phoned wonga to make payment arrangements to which i was told that i need to wait until handed over to the collections department (blake and associates debt recovery) to make the arrangements.
I Received an email from blake and contacted them, explained what had happened and that i can only afford to pay X amount a month.
It was accept and no banking details where given.
I then received another email to which i replied explaining and requesting banking details.
Now i'm still getting phone calls saying i must pay more than the x amount agreed upon.
What part of i can only afford the X amount don't they understand?
They should try wasting that phone call on the people that refuse to make any form of payment instead of harassing the ones that are willing to pay something towards the debt!
Its clear that they also don't update and make notes on their system.
