Complaint / review text:
I received an sms that read:
"Leave a lasting legacy for your family with up to R10 million afordable life cover from 1Life. Reply YES for a quote. STOP to optout. Std SMS rates. FSP24769"
As per the Consumer Protection Act, please provide me with the following:
1. The signed document where I entered into a transaction with your company.
2. The signed document where I agreed to marketing consent (that you may send me these sms')
3. The data source where you found my number.
Failure to provide the documents / info will result in a formal complaint to the commission.
