I had insurance policy with fnb which was cancel in April, but in May fnb insurance run debitorder which doesnt exist anymore, contact Buhle Dingwayo who is the broker of policy advice will refund me for the charges. I do understand at same time she in June debitorder will run again as system automatically run debitorder she advice me will refund me for charges basic on reason given by Buhle I accept reason. I sent email on the 15/07 to with bank statement that reflect charges she didn't response, call her told me did forward request thru to account department will follow up them then get back to me, waiting for her to call but nothing happens. I sent email thru to Buhle on the 17/07 enquire what is going on reply will receive the refund me in 72 hours. On monday 21/07 call Buhle to ask her what happen she became very rude told me that they accounts department is busy with it and 72 hours didnt pass yet and that those people in accounts department are not sitting and playing or waiting for me they are working. After our telephonically conversation sent email to Buhle told I didnt appreciate the way she had talk to me ask feeedback from her before end of business no response.
