I had made a wire transfer to the same beneficiary bank numerous times and the last time was done at the beginning of July. Up to date, the wired fund is up in the air. TD Bank had no idea where it is. Called them numerous times and the answer is always be patient, we are tracing. The wire transfer department refused to talk to me. The customer service refused to accept a complaint. There is nowhere to file a complaint. It is getting very frustrating and they are of no help. I learned my lesson, such a bank everyone should avoid since they cannot get their act together.
