Complaint / review text:
I phoned the contact centre to request assistance as a Third Party because i was assisting my mother in requesting information from the bank. Since she didn't get sufficient support from the Branch, i phoned African Bank Contact Centre and was welcomed by Lungile who took sufficient time to Listen to my request and she also suggested the best way to meet my objective.
My issue was resolved and the most important part of it is that she assisted me with a Smile, Efficiency, Respect and Fantastic Attitude. I believe that she has retained many customers for African Bank and will continue to grow in her role. Thank You Lungile for for your Great Customer Service and Product Knowledge.
