Complaint / review text:
Standardbank Loan department took R8300.00 from my Savings account on the 28th of July 2014 without my permission. I know about my arrears which are in relation to my loan account and cheque account but did NOT give permission to take my money from my savings account. They did not even send an sms to notify me, nor call me. I had already prior to this started initiating means to pay off a monthly fee on my account via an email sent on the 24th of July with no response. This money is not only to pay aspects of the loan account but other Standard Bank accounts. Add to that I'm not formally employed therefore any money i receive is on a tight budget so i have enough to be able to get more job opportunities to make the money to PAY THEM.
I want my money back in my account Immediately. This is a violation. Please reverse this ASAP into Account number 10053640665. If not i'm considering approaching the Banking Omdusman.
