I called in to cancel my policy and was eventually transferred to him. He did his best to negotiate/retain me as a MiWay client. He assisted with removing my new car from the policy, effective immediately as I cannot afford the new premium with MiWay at all (another insurer offered much better). He promised to have my refund processed as soon as it goes through and sent me an updated policy schedule for an accidental cover policy that I agreed on.
Ntokozo is the reason I could not get myself to cut all ties with MiWay and I will keep checking in to see if I can still get a better premium in the future. I hope that he gets proper incentives for going an extra mile for the clients.
