I applied for a personal loan at fnb on 26 june 2014 and was approved and the loan was paid into my account same day. I then changed my mind about the loan and reversed it on the 27 june 2014 and paid the loan amount in full to fnb. I was still within the cooling period of 10 days but on the 25 july 2014 fnb deducted the loan installment from my cheque account and i have been struggling to get them to reverse it since the 25th july 2014 and today is the 30th july 2014 and the amount still has not been reversed in full. Fnb's loan department is very useless because they should have cancelled this loan on the system as well. Now i find myself at a disadvantage because of their negligence. I am highly annoyed and upset at this service because i have banked with fnb since 2003 and have never experienced such ignorance and now my debit orders may bounce because of money that should be in my account but was unfairly and unnecessarily deducted.
