Complaint / review text:
I was issued with a First National Bank Credit Card in 1995.
In 1996 my car was along with the card inside.
This was reported to all the relevant authorities at the time.
In the beginning of this year, 2014, an amount was deducted from my current First National Bank Account, and subsequently there after two more amounts on the 17th April and on the 26th July.
I have not been notified once about owing any money on the old credit card, but 19 YEARS later am having money deducted, money which I honestly cannot afford to lose.
If I was owing on the credit card (which was reported), how come this institution have waited 19 YEARS, and are doing it in this manner?
I find it totally unacceptable and would like the amounts returned to my account without any further delay.
I have been trying to resolve this matter for months, but have just been sent from pillar to post.
