Spur is my families favorite dining "destinations". We decided to try out Natchez spur on 14th Avenue yesterday, To say I am disappointed, is an understatement. We called two hours in advance to order the hot rock for my father. We spoke with the manager who was friendly, and very efficient. Unfortunately, that's where it ended. The 200g sirloin my father ordered for the hot rock, was basically half fat, once he had cut that off, there was BARELY any meat left. The sausages for my son were over fried and he couldn't eat it and we only saw the waitress every 35 minutes. There was only one lady that was supervising (doing nothing) in the play area and was not taking note of any of the "ROUGH" play that was going on, I had to eventually stop my son from playing there soon after he was hit in the head by a child's knee who was going up the wrong side of the slide. The cars/dinosaur were so dirty I forbid my son to even touch it. The kids playing on the jumping castle eventually punctured it they were playing so roughly. I complained but nothing was done. NOw you tell me where does a 3 year old get to play??? Bad overall experience. Very disappointed.
