Abusive cashier

Complaint / review text:
Placed an order with cashier. Then realised i did not have enough cash and requested cashier to cancel order. She confirmed she cancelled. Returned shortly from the bank and asked her for the same order. She refused to help. Asked why i cancelled the order first time. She was not able to cancel the order and was very upset with me. Asked her to ring up order again and she refused to help me. Told me to go to the next cashier as she was not prepared to help me. Now i am frsutrated as there was no other cashier. Then the other cashier appears and she tell her in zulu not to help me. Asked to speak to the manager. She did apologise but obviously she was not sincere. No apology from the cashier neither did the manager discpline her staff.
