I have been a regular consumer of jollibee products. Since i am a manager also in a prestigious company i usually order at jollibee everytime there is a training and seminar in our office. There are two jollibee near us, one is inside metro gaisano mall, which i am very satisfied with their fast service and one in front of our office, the jollibee imperial branch here in legazpi city albay which led me to write this review. I tried calling jollibee gaisano but i couldnt contact so i decided to call jollibee imperial. I waited for almost an hour but no delovery arrived. I called to follow up but to my dismay a staff told me they could not delivery because there is no available staff. My point is why did they get my order in the first place? Why is it that they did not even contact me to inform me? They even told me that my order is below 200 that is why they could not deliver. I can pay 200 if that is the case. Then i overheard staff talking na ayaw daw magdeliver nung delivery staff. Pwede ba un. I was even able to talk to a certain benjo, manager daw. Pero he cant even talk to me in a proper way. Then he offered ipapadeliver daw. Akala ko ba wlang magdedeliver? Staff in this branch is destroying the good reputation of Jollibee. You may have lost one customer today but if this continues madami pa ang susunod. After years of patronizing jollibee i think we deserve a better treatment than this. Its time to retrain staff and guide them in providing the best customer service.
