Complaint / review text:
My husband's friend had ordered a meal for himself and his son on 10th of January 2015 at the above Mcdonald's. My husband then told his friend to change his meal to a share box meal, as it will accomodate him and my daughter as well. Also considering it would be cheaper for the four of them. My husband then requested the cashier to change the order, as she had not yet prepared the meals. The cashier who is named Boitumelo, informed him she will not change the order for "PEOPLE WHO DO NOT KNOW WHAT THEY WANT" and also Head office will penalise her if she has a void in her transactions. What an APPALLING service that customers are not allowed to change their minds because a cashier with a BAD attitude refuses to assist them. My husband could not take Boitumelo's bad service and moved to another line to be helped by another cashier. As for me and my family and our friends have decided no more will we ever buy from Hillfox McDonald's, as clearly your staff are not properly trained on how to give good customer service.
